The room is non-smoking. It has a bathroom with shower, TV 40 ", free wifi, radio with docking station for I-phone, mini-bar, individual air conditioning and safe. In Casa Calicantus there is no elevator.

The building was covered in 2012 with insulation technical coat to reduce heating/cooling and pollution. Doors and windows are high quality to reduce noise in the house and of passing trains. The building is operated by home automation to optimize comfort.
